I.              GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

The Administrator of the personal data collected via the Shop www.pspassets.com is ASETZ PRO.Krajowy rejestr esg. sp. z o. o, ul.Komandorska 53/2b, 53-432 Wrocław address for delivery: ul.Pieszycka 32, 50-537 Wrocław, NIP 8992959996:  , electronic mail address (e-mail): biuropsp9@gmail.com, tel. +48 607 067 999, hereinafter referred to as the as the ‘Administrator’ and being at the same time the Service Provider.

(2) The Customer's personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883 as amended) and the Act on Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended).

(3) The controller shall take particular care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular shall ensure that the data collected by him/her are:

(a) processed lawfully,

b) collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,

c) Substantially correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and kept in a form which permits the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

(4) Any words or expressions capitalized in the content of this Privacy Policy shall be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Rules and Regulations of the www.pspassets.com Shop.

 

II.            PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

 

(1) The Customers' personal data collected by the Administrator shall be used for accounting purposes, contacting the Customer and other activities related to the performance of the Sales Agreement.

(2) The Administrator processes the following personal data of the Service Recipients:

(a) First and last name, company,

b) Tax Identification Number,

c) Address (street and house/flat number, postal code, city),

d) Telephone number,

e) E-mail address.

(3) The Administrator may process the following data characterising the use by the Customer of the services provided electronically (exploitation data):

(a) Designations identifying the telecommunications network termination or the data communication system used by the Customer.
b) Information on the commencement, termination and scope of each use by the Customer of the electronically provided service.

c) Information on the use of the electronically provided service by the Customer.

(4) The provision of the personal data referred to in para. 2 is necessary for the Service Provider to provide electronic services within the scope of the Shop or to conclude a Product Sales Agreement.

 

III.           BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

 

(1) The use of the Shop, conclusion of agreements for the provision of services electronically through the Shop or conclusion of Sales Agreements of Products, which involves the necessity to provide personal data, is completely voluntary. The data subject decides on his/her own whether he/she wants to start using the services provided electronically by the Service Provider or conclude a Product Sales Contract in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

(2) Pursuant to Article 23 of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended), the processing of data is permitted when, inter alia:

(a) the data subject gives his or her consent, unless it is the erasure of data concerning him or her.

b) it is necessary for the performance of a contract, where the data subject is a party to it, or where it is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject.

(3) The processing of personal data by the Controller shall always be carried out within the framework of the grounds of permissibility of the processing listed in point. 2. The processing shall be in connection with the performance of a contract or the necessity to take steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject (point 2(b)). In addition, prior to the conclusion of contracts for the provision of electronic services available through the Shop, the prospective Customer shall be informed of the need to accept the Terms and Conditions.

 

IV.          RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND CORRECTION OF THEIR DATA



 (1) The Customer has the right to access and rectify the content of his/her personal data.

(2) Every person has the right to control the processing of data concerning him/her contained in the Administrator's data filing system, and in particular the right to demand that his/her personal data be supplemented, updated, rectified, temporarily or permanently suspended or erased, if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in breach of the Act, or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

(3) In order to exercise the rights referred to in points. 1 and 2 can be exercised by sending an appropriate e-mail to: biuropsp9@gmail.com.

 

V.            COOKIES

 

1 The Shop of the Service Provider uses ‘cookies’. Failure to change the settings of the browser on the part of the Customer is tantamount to consent to their use.
(2) The installation of cookies is necessary for the proper provision of services in the Shop. The ‘cookies’ files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the Store, especially those requiring authorisation.

(3) Three types of ‘cookies’ are used within the Shop: ‘session’, “permanent” and “analytical”.

a) ‘Session’ ‘cookies’ are temporary files which are stored on the final device of the Customer until logging off (leaving the Shop).

b) ‘Permanent’ cookies are stored on the Customer's terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the Customer.

c) ‘Analytical’ cookies are used to better understand how the Customer interacts with the content of the Shop, to better organise its layout. ‘Analytical’ “cookies” collect information about the use of the Store by the Customer, the type of page from which the Customer was redirected, and the number of visits and the time of the Customer's visit to the Store. This information does not record specific personal data of the Client, but is used to compile statistics on the use of the Shop.

(4) The Customer has the right to decide on the access of cookies to his/her computer by selecting them in advance in his/her browser window.  Detailed information

VI.          FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

 

(1) The Administrator shall apply technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data covered by the protection, and in particular to protect the data against their disclosure to unauthorised persons, takeover by an unauthorised person, processing in violation of applicable regulations, and alteration, loss, damage or destruction.

(2) The Service Provider shall make available appropriate technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification by unauthorised persons, of personal data sent electronically.

(3) In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the Rules and Regulations of the www.pspassets.com Shop and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply accordingly.
